The cooling trailers in the HGK Deluxe Tandem series offer everything you need to safely transport chilled goods: The cooling cell is constructed from 60-mm-thick PurFerro sandwich panels consisting of a polyurethane foam core with outer layers made of galvanised and powder-coated sheet steel. The 65-mm-thick insulated floor is equipped with an anti-slip coating that ensures safe loading and unloading, with the higher frictional resistance also helping to secure loads. This floor is optimally insulated and does not allow any of the cold to escape downwards. The double-wing refrigerator doors are lockable, but can always be opened from the inside in an emergency. They are connected to the trailer structure via stainless steel hinges. A 150-mm-high scuff plate made from sleet aluminium is attached to the inner walls. The frame and chassis are made of hot-dip galvanised steel, as is the welded rear portal. Four swivelling telescopic crank supports allow the car trailer to be safely parked. The bezels on the HGK Deluxe Tandem are made of anodised aluminium, as is the rear rain channel. You will find the right tandem-axle cooling trailer to meet your every need: Models with a total permissible weight from 2000 kg to 3500 kg are available; the load capacity varies from 1329 kg to 2229 kg and the loading height varies from 590 to 630 mm, both depending on the model. The cooling unit is from the well-known Govi brand and allows a temperature in the cooling trailer from +2øC to +10øC. The cooling unit is supplied via 230-V mains voltage and operates up to a maximum ambient temperature of 40øC. Cooling while driving is not possible on these trailers due to their design.
