Humbaur at BAUMA 2025 with construction classics from the heavy duty and passenger car sectors

“Humbaur makes it happen” – on a large construction site or in the garden. With a wide range of construction trailers for heavy-duty and car transport. Together with Kögel Trailer GmbH, the Gersthofen-based trailer manufacturer will be hosting a joint stand at this year’s BAUMA from 7 to 13 April 2025 in Munich.

The Humbaur construction trailers for the heavy duty and passenger car industries stand for reliability and innovation in every construction project. Some of them will be presented at this year’s BAUMA, the world’s leading trade fair for construction machinery, building material machines, mining machines, construction vehicles and construction equipment.

Heavy duty construction trailers

Humbaur’s heavy duty range includes its HTS 30 K low loader semi-trailer with wheel recesses. Its robust construction makes it the transport solution for very large construction vehicles and containers. However, well thought-out features make transport by vehicle particularly easy. The uniquely flat access angle of 10° makes it easier for construction machinery to drive up the 3.15 m long ramp. Thanks to a screwable kingpin, the semi-trailer can be adapted to tractors with two or three axles, thus offering maximum flexibility.

For transporting building rubble and materials, Humbaur has its HTK 10 tonne three-way tipper. It is designed for a payload of 8,500 to 8,900 kg and promises optimum stability and safety with its hot-dip galvanized bridge frame with longitudinal, transverse and diagonal struts as well as the bridge floor made of 4 mm thick fine grain steel. The model also impresses with a two-part pivoting and swinging rear wall which makes it easier to attach the docking ramps for driving up.

Also on display at the stand will be the HTK 14 tonne three-way tipper, two construction machinery transporters from the HBTZ model series, two tandem low loaders with a payload of 5,500 to 9,500 kg and two tandem high loaders both with retractable aluminium loading ramps and folding ramps.

Construction trailer for passenger cars

Humbaur will also be presenting two different three-way tippers for transport by car as well as a  universal platform trailer with a floor constructed using screen printed plate for a wide range of transport tasks as well as a HK plywood low loader box trailer.

The Tridem version of the three-way tipper is equipped with three axles and black steel side walls with a height of 350 mm while the ProSteel version is equipped with galvanized 400 mm steel side walls. The very robust hot-dip galvanized steel side wall with its resistant surface and a material thickness of 2.5 mm is already the standard in the heavy duty sector and has proven itself to be extra stable when carrying heavy loads, which is why it is now also available for the car version. The tipper combination is completed with the HUK rear tipper with steel tipping bridge, three-stage tipping cylinder and an aluminium sheet attachment as well as a cover net for the efficient transport and easy tipping of garden materials or timber.

The KTA cable drum trailer rounds off the wide Humbaur product range on show at the trade fair for construction site requirements. It is designed for cable drums with a diameter of up to 2,800 mm and a width of 1,450 mm; the cable drum can be inserted barrier-free. Both the chassis frame and the loading frame have an anti-warp design and have been hot-dip galvanised to ensure maximum stability while carrying daily loads on the construction site. The cast towing ball head on the coupling and hitch and highly stable jockey wheel also ensure durability. The cable reel can be stored on the loading frame with zero play thanks to the dowel pin attachments — thus optimising the handling performance of the trailer.

Working together

Humbaur GmbH is presenting together with its sister company Kögel Trailer GmbH at the exhibition stand thus covering the entire spectrum for the construction and construction-related industries. Among other things, Kögel is presenting its brand new dumper truck and the proven Kögel asphalt dumper truck.
